Summary statement: Polish government is leaving the capital and advises the diplomatic corps to do the same.
At this moment, 09.00hrs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs me by telephone that Government intends to evacuate Warsaw and move elsewhere; Diplomatic Corps should leave today by their own means to indicated localities.
I replied: I am prepared to remain; government insists that I leave immediately for Nałęzów, in Lublin diocese, where accommodation has been prepared.
