At
this moment, 09.00hrs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs me by telephone
that Government intends to evacuate Warsaw and move elsewhere; Diplomatic Corps
should leave today by their own means to indicated localities.
I
replied: I am prepared to remain; government insists that I leave immediately
for Nałęzów, in Lublin diocese, where accommodation has been prepared.

Nałęzów was a spa town near Lublin. The
Germans occupied the town on 20.09.1939.
